Dear Detective Inspector Helen Smithers

It is now almost 2 months since a WPc Policewoman visited our home when Santander Hempstead Valley Branch reported to Kent Police that I had tried to transfer funds from our two Bank Accounts (H1699296PAN that is a joint account with my wife, Mrs Rashmi Panigrahi living at the same address as I do; and 11199612; both Bank Sort Code 09-01-27) to my newly formed Society https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com; and https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com) abbreviated through online changes to TCLP-UK as the change of the name of the two Accounts with the permission of my wife, as Settlement of a long-standing marital dispute in the Separation of Financial Assets of the family in an amicable manner, without recourse to the legal procedures for the same, and this remains the case, in view of a lack of Judgement on this matter from His Honour HHJ Parfitt deliberating on Clam E35YM660 at the Central London County Court.

The WPc had assured me that my British Passport and British Citizenship is still valid as things stand at this moment, so that there were no excuses left for ASDA, Morrisons, Tesco and possibly ALDI nor from any of the attached job applications that I have submitted this morning: JOB APPLICATIONS ON SATURDAY 6 MARCH 2021 EARLY MORNING.docx.

This morning I tried to arrange a £3 donation for some seeds that 38 Degrees, the Petition-organising institution had invited me to donate on, and being a very conscientious environmentalist, I tried to do so through PAYPAL arrangement which is linked to the 11199612 Account at Santander Bank. This failed because PAYPAL'S response to me was that Santander Bank refused to pay out this £3 from the account. As you know Santander's Security examination has so far taken three months with no resolution in sight from either the Financial Ombudsman, nor from the Bank, nor from the Election Commission if it had any reservations on the change of the name of these two Bank Accounts: Santander Bank is continuing its silence as you will note from the attached correspondence: To&FromSantander(CareersFair2021)6Mar2021.

I thought to myself that if Detective Inspector Helen Smithers has washed her hands of this investigation, it should now be a matter for the Professional Standards Department of Kent Police to deal with this complaint that I am updating you at 13.51 pm hours (UK-Time) 6 March 2021.

If Professional Standards Department has already dismissed the complaint, I will then accept your decision on the understanding that there is no point in me raising this complaint against the Chief Constable of Kent Police, which as you know, together with the present Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police and the current Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police are subject to the attached summons, as a private prosecution for which I am the only Prosecutor of the central figure in the embezzlement, the Director of Public Prosecutions, Ms Max Hill.

If you have any further involvement in this matter in terms of its resolution outside the North Kent Magistrates Court where the Summons are tentatively issued as attached: APPLICATION FOR SUMMONS_-1(Apply28Feb2021)c.docx, and wish to share this information with me please give me a telephone call immediately or reply to this email immediately.

As you will gather from this email, as an Associate-Informer practicing my satyaadvaita yoga, I am duty bound by my religion of Vaishnavism to exhaust all avenues for a just solution for the material injustices that I have suffered over the past 23 years which I describe as state-organised persecution for my religious beliefs and practices. That is all.

I am copying this email to my mentor Mr Nigel Farage, of the Reform/Brexit Party for appropriate consideration as the case may be, if my two Santander Accounts are decided to be returned to Personal Accounts now as your decision.
