__________________________________________________________________________________On 11 January 2024, in WhatsApp I unblocked the Turkish travel assistant who was manipulated during our holiday in Turkey at 19.00 pm: ‘So you were the travel assistant who came and found us in Turkey, right?
He replied (+90 535 328 01 62) ‘I don’t know it was in the season and it is over.’
At 23.33, I texted the travel assistant in Turkey: ‘I think that something was very wrong in that our holiday in Turkey was in the process of being disrupted through you.’
At 23.40, I texted the travel assistant in Turkey again: ‘Who gave you my WhatsApp number to contact me.’
On 12 January 2024 at 7.15 am He texted: Could you stop this did I message you except once what kind of disturbing is that you massage me so you disturb me now what Im going to do your phone number.
At 8.23 I texted him: Sorry, I now accept your innocence on the persecution that I have been victimised by MI5/MI6 who got easyJet to cancel our flight back from Antalya to the United Kingdom 2 hours before departure time at the airport so we had to fly back on Pegasus and easy Jet has not reimbursed us of this additional cost incurred.
On 13 January 2024, at 17.47 pm I suddenly texted the travel agent in Turkey: ‘Hello, easyJet has now refunded our money.’
At 18.25 pm he texted back: ‘I am not working anymore you can email easyJet.’
At 19.41 pm, I texted him: ‘Do you have the email address?’
At 22.08 pm, the Turkish fellow texted on WhatsApp: I don’t have you can check the internet.
At 23.04 pm I texted him: ‘I wanted your email address.’
At 23.06 pm the Turkish travel assistant wrote back: ‘Why you need my email. Did we have meeting when you were here
At 23.09, I texted back: ‘You will be required.’
At 23.10 pm he texted Which hotel did you stay?#
On 14 January 2024 morning 5.53 am: I texted him: ‘Balandor’.
At 22.10 pm I texted him: Do you know this hotel?
He texted back at 22.44 pm I dont.
I texted him at 22.48 pm: I will let Master Bancroft-Rimmer and Lady Justice Andrews at the Court of Appeal know.'
