The TCLP-UK has seen the decline in fortunes of the Conservatives in recent years since Boris Johnson steered the country rightly to leaving the European Union and this was the reason that the Founder of the TCLP-UK had joined the Conservatives.

The TCLP-UK naturally is an offshoot of The Conservative Libertarian Society intending to take part in representing itself in local and national government of the United Kingdom in due course.
In the meantime since we as a Movement believe in casting our votes by selecting the best option of the day, Labour under Sir Keir Starmer cannot be ruled out at the next general election within a year's time.
As things stands today we sought an association with Nigel Farage to take over the reigns of TCLP-UK, but have not had a response. Reform Party is certainly off the limit of an association with TCLP-UK, being ultra right wing in conception. Liberal Democrats do not have a nationalistic outlook but focus on human rights of liberalism for which reason TCLP-UK cannot support it at any election.
A year is a long time in politics and we will monitor the developments closely with an open mind.
