Liz Truss orders King Charles not to attend COP27 climate summit - Mirror Online
The Parliament is Supreme. The Prime Minister of the day is the supreme Head of State. This just spells it out once and for all. My petition to Her Majesty the Queen of 2000 was passed by Buckingham Palace to the Lord Chancellor Lord Irvine of Lairg and it ended up in Her Majesty's Court and Tribunal Service about whom I had complained to the Monarch. The litigation Claim against the Prime Minister under E35YM660 at the Central London County Court had no prospects of resolution in my favour. I had to pay the Cabinet Office £4170 under the Order of the Court's District Judge Lightman for daring to take the Prime Minister to hold them into account. I am still owed £55,000 in severance payment by the University of Greenwich. The enquiries that I made to the Speakers of the House of Commons for a Select Committee to examine my 25 year long dispute had no chance of coming to fruition as the Prime Minister now Elizabeth Truss would prevent any such examination of her authority: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/failure-notice-for-email-sent-to-victims-of-panigrahi-association
I just have to grin and bear it: The Prime Minister not the Monarch is above the law of the United Kingdom. This is the conclusion.
This Sunday evening on the 2 October 2022, BBC News reported that the Prime Minister did not 'Order' King Charles not to visit Egypt for the Climate Summit, but either merely advised him not to do so or that it was a mutually arrived at decision.
