Revolutionising the process of Justice implementation in the United Kingdom

As Founder of the Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (TCLP-UK), I owe it to the country that I love to do my best to improve the way Justice is implemented, having spent 26 years studying it to identify its shortcomings as highlighted this morning here: https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/forum/diary-of-the-author/17-december-2023-08-36-am-uk-time

Justice has to be a streamlined process where time is of the essence, for even a minute of delay in replying to an Applicant, a Claimant or a Defendant has repercussions on the entire universe. I have waited 26 years for my £55,000 severance payment of redundancy from the University of Greenwich and the Courts have failed abysmally to drag the University to face me. Instead, I was told after nearly 100 Law Firms that I approached that Court staff are not trained legally and that I had to see the Citizens Advice Bureau as if these bodies understand the Constitutional law of the United Kingdom.

Where there has been this level of gross misconduct or misfeasance in the discharging of duties by officials of the Judicial Establishment, the victim must be allowed to pursue a private prosecution for this charge in a Criminal Court as I have done overnight and this morning on the Circuit Judge of the Central London County Court viz a viz Claim E35YM660.
