TCLP-UK should ignore the European Court of Human Rights as vowed by Rishi Sunak on the specific issue of the deportation of failed asylum seekers in the United Kingdom. It is not in the national interest for the democratic decisions of a government in the UK to be thwarted by the ethics and values of foreign Court.
