The Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the former Home Secretary Sajid Javid to revoke the citizenship of Shamima Begum, on national security grounds, which seems to TCLS to be a punishment for what she did as a 15 year old in going off to join Islamic State? Where does the right of a person not to become stateless come in by the decision of the State of the United Kingdom? It needs to be re-examined to determine whether Shamima Begum remains a threat psychologically to the United Kingdom as an adult now for humanity sake.
