TCLP-UK sees national defence as a very important aspect on how to preserve territorial integrity and sovereignty of countries given the wars that are incessant and threats from countries wishing to expand. As such the fighter jet treaty will be a positive development for the United Kingdom which has overseas commitments to the Falkland islands where Argentina continues to issue beligerrant noises.
