Dear District Judge
I am sorry that I had not spotted this auto-response from the Court as it was lodged in my Spam folder that I have just found and retrieved. Nevertheless, I should point out my opinion to your Honour that Kent Police as well as other Police Forces such as North Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Police that I have had dealings with regard themselves as living under a Monarchial Dictatorship in the United Kingdom as some kind of Royal Constabulary which does not exist as an institution from my investigations (only Royal Irish Constabulary exists) so that the Police do not recognise the Parliamentary Democracy that we as citizens vote for in general elections and council elections. With such draconian powers directly from the Monarch that the 'Constabulary' assumes it possesses (but which is not written into the Constitution of the United Kingdom that does not have a written Constitution), the Police, as in my case protect real criminals such as the 1500 criminals that I have had the misfortune to withstand harassment and trolling from over many years, as part of their dutiful service to the Monarch. It is an age-old battle between Parliamentary Democracy and Monarchial Dictatorship in the United Kingdom so we as the population have to shift and change from being citizens of the State to subjects of the State as decided by Judges setting precedents in actual court proceedings. Hence, please regard this Application for an Injunction against Kent Police to be a test case for precisely such a judgment.
I would be therefore be grateful if Your Honour would clarify where this balance between Monarchial Dictatorship and Parliamentary Democracy currently lies within the present day Constitution of the United Kingdom so that we the people can take note of Your Judgement and then accommodate ourselves to the Reality that exists now and contribute to the welfare of the State in that light.
As a Hindu immigrant who has benefitted with his family from the State of the United Kingdom so immensely that words cannot describe, since I arrived here in December 1972, my loyalty to the State of the United Kingdom has and will always remain very strong and I shall always serve the State faithfully,
I remain your most obedient servant, whatever the State decides as being the status quo on this day, the 1 of April 2022.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Pangrahi
