It has finally been revealed following intensive investigative journalism that the Author was persecuted over 26 years by the orders of the two Monarchs, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles III through the innumerable institutional facilities at her/his disposal including that fact that Prime Ministers come and go but the Monarch stays on for her/his life time to do whatever she or he wishes for whatever reason. TCLP-UK does not wish to ponder over the reasons for the Crown's decision to persecute an individual, and the Monarchs are not answerable to anyone. It is for the citizen to infer from the evidence before him/her as to why the perseucuted suffered at the hands of the Monarch.
The Author had for very long suspected that the Monarchs had targeted him/singled him out for this form of victimisation and had tried to insititute dethronement proceeding in the Courts and impeachment proceedings in Parliament which were not acknowledged by the recipient parties, nor was the Claim that the author filed against Queen Elizabeth II in Medway County Court in a litigation for £50,000 in damages and compensation a decade ago, the amount being the severance payment roughly that the University of Greenwich was obliged to pay the author when he was wronged in having been dismissed from employment.
The following correspondence shows that what I have alleged above is factual as the political parties are part of the establishment, the so-called Big Brother who wished to have a nation of morons as subjects in an elaborate Police State.
The TCLP-UK stands on its own to campaign not for a Republic but for institutional changes to be formulated that make it impossible for the Crown to take a personal hands-on role in the detailed functionality of Society.

ENGLISH PARTY
ENGLISH LIBERAL DEMOCRATS APPEALS PANEL
We understand that you may wish to appeal to the above panel. In order that we may first decide whether we are the right body to consider the issue you wish to raise, we ask that you complete the form below as succinctly as possible.
1. Name: Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
Address: 3 Hoath Lane
Telephone: Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 0SL, United Kingdom
E-mail: shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com
Party Membership Number: 24041198559
2. The details of the Party body or officer/s with whom you are in dispute (with names as necessary): Mr Paul Farthing and South East Region officials JE Castle, Anna Tarrant and Lynn Ibeji, Mr Mike Dixon CEO
3. The grounds for your proposed appeal (n.b. the Panel will not simply re-hear your case): When I decided to rejoin the Liberal Democrats Party on joined on 1 April 2024, all seemed to be well with my Membership and I was granted access to the Campaign Hub, but later on I received an email from Mr Paul Farthing that My Rejoining the Party had to be subjected to scrutiny by the local party in the South East Region because apparently during my previous membership (Membership No: 22071144662, I had sent communications to the local members above that were inappropriate in content and so my rejoining the Party was ‘flagged’. No details had ever been provided but the background to the dispute is that I was suffering from heavy trolling that I considered to be MI5/MI6 organised into forming a body known as ‘Victims of Panigrahi Association’ to terrorise me into leaving the United Kingdom, or incarcerating me in a mental hospital at the time. I was merely seeking assistance from the Party to withstand the persecution that I was experiencing. The correspondence to Paul Farthing in my resignation email is as linked here: https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/post/my-new-liberal-democrats-membership-no-22071144662-1 . I felt that the Party had not replied substantively to my concerns especially with Jane Ringham of Medway Council who dismissed me from employment as an Election Count Officer for reasons best known to herself for I was never told what the offence was and no disciplinary hearing was arranged to hear my side of the story. I very vaguely recall I was asking JE Castle to intervene on my behalf, but I cannot be sure unless I see what they alleged to the Party that led to me being flagged. I consider myself to have acted honestly, openly and constructively at all times. I was looking for a political party to represent my suffering in Parliament so I have over the years at various times joined the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats, the Conservative and Unionist Party and very recently the Reform UK Party, but none would come to my rescue. So I decided to try and form a political party of my own, The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com) but it did not get recognition. So I once again turned to the Liberal Democrats Party, but now see that I have this hurdle to overcome. I am of the opinion that political parties should take up concerns through proper channels for Party members facing Hate Crimes and being a Hindu Asian I have suffered considerably in this regard.
4. The ruling that you would wish the Panel to make in your favour: I would like to have my name cleared and reputation from this Defamation of my character that I am unfit for membership of the Liberal Democrats restored.
Please return this form within fourteen days to: Standards Officer at standardsofficer@libdems.org.uk, or by post to Office of the English Party, LDHQ, 1 Vincent Square, London, SW1P 2PN.
If it is decided that your case does fall within the remit of the Appeals Panel, you will be asked immediately for further information and a date for your hearing will be fixed.
Please state here any dates that you will not be available:
Please note this extract from English Party constitution article 9.6:
9.6 Any decision of the Panel shall, subject to any right of appeal under the Federal Constitution, be final and binding on all concerned. The Panel shall publish any decisions, which, in the opinion of the Chair, are likely to be of value as a precedent.

Your Honour
1. No emails came from the Court of Central London nor from Reform UK or the Liberal Democrats, let alone Jessica Da Costa representing the Prime Minister or for that matter from the Attorney General, The email to the County Court of Central London to the Duty Judge today for a Summary Judgment now has not been acknowledged to me. So, I must prepare for a Hearing from the adjourned Hearing of 20 January 2023 now and collect evidence afresh, and accordingly and unless the Court advises me otherwise, I cannot have anything to do with Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook terrorists until the Court acknowledges the Claimant's proceedings in some form. I Updated the Book 'Self Help is the Best Way' up to the 17.12 pm (UK-Time) 27 April 2024 in The Allurement of Reality in Review Shop in case the Duty Judge does deliver a Summary Judgment this evening or tomorrow (Sunday) at some point activating the emails that that I sent the Court.
2. Please note that my life has to move ahead and I am looking for employment as linked here:

AUTOMATIC RESPONSE
Thank you for your email to Central London County Court.
In future when emailing, please put the case number and the content in the subject line, for example J70CL123 Acknowledgment of Service. This will help your email get to the right team as quickly as possible.
We are experiencing a high volume of emails coming into the court. Please do not send multiple requests, as we are currently unable to deal with them. Please limit your correspondence to urgent matters only or documents for hearings.
We are working through relisting hearings and urgent matters. We ask for your patience at this time. Unless your matter is regarding a hearing taking place within 2 weeks, there may be a delay in dealing with it.
WHAT IF I HAVE A HEARING LISTED?
The majority of hearings are held face to face. For remote hearings, please be advised that you will receive the invite for the hearing either the evening before or on the morning of the hearing. If you have not heard from the court, please ring 0300 123 5577.

2. EMAIL GUIDANCE
Any e-mail which fails to comply with the guidance will not be processed and will be returned to you.
All enquiries to civil courts and family courts can be received by email.
· You can send all letters and documents (exemptions are listed below) relevant to the case including adoption cases. However, due to the sensitive nature of adoption work, the court will only send emails to secure email accounts.
· An email account is considered secure when security measures are in place to make sure the data in the email can’t be accessed by users without the relevant approval. Any account that ends in the following is considered secured: gsi, pnn, gsx, gcsx, gse, cjsm, and nhs.net.
· If you are attaching a copy of an order from a hearing for the Court to process, please ensure that you are submitting it in Word format only.
SENDING BUNDLES
· Please note that court bundles are not part of this process and we will not print them. Some Local Authorities are piloting the use of Cloud-based 'E-bundle' storage solutions that allow all parties involved in a case to view and download the evidence electronically. This is different to the receipt of bundles by email. The court can not accept documents that require the setting up of an account or a password.
3. EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR HMTCS
· All Civil and Family process, applications and documents will be accepted by email as long as when the entire email is printed out it is not more than 50 pages. This should include the email, all attachments (including any documents embedded in another) and enough copies to serve on required parties (excluding Local Authorities, CAFCASS and CAFCASS CYMRU for Family cases only).
· The total size of the email, including any attachments, must be less than 10mb.
Please note that:
· A page is one side, so 50 pages equals 25 pieces of paper printed on both sides.
· Requests for the issue of Specified or Unspecified civil claims are excluded from this process. However, any subsequent process that leads from this following the issues of the claim will be accepted.
· Do not use more than one email to take any step in a case which requires a document or documents to be filed.
4. SENDING EMAILS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES
· In both Civil and Family cases court processes that carry a fee can also be received by email and processed by court staff. However the same conditions as above must apply and in addition:
· the party issuing the process must either quote a Fee Account number (see below), or
· the party who wants to pay has a valid credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using this method please say this on the email and include a contact number for the Court to contact you to take payment.
· Please note Local Authorities are exempt from this provision.
· What is a Fee Account?
· This is a Direct Debit function that is quick, safe and easy to use. It is available for solicitors and large organisations. Once you have set up an account all you need is to provide your fee account number within the body of the email. The fee will then be deducted from your account.
· For more information and to apply for Fee Account please visit www.justice.gov.uk/courts/fees/payment-by-account

7. COMPLAINTS
