The TCLP-UK supports the view expressed that a moderate style of military conscription system where all 18-21 years receive military training is advisable in the modern world which is getting even more dangerous than in the colonial days due to population explosion in the world, the movement of people through asylum and immigration into the country who would have to swear allegiance to the Crown to be doing what the State requires.
