TCLS sees it as a legitimate right of the Palestinians in West Bank and Gaza for Statehood as a matter of the principle of self-determination through the democratic process if the vast majority of the population in these two geographical areas of the Middle East want it; and they do. No ifs no buts Independence of an occupying Israel goes against all the TCLS subscribes to in its outlook of Libertarian Democracy. There is a strong possiblility that Statehood for the Palestinians would finally have brought pressure to bear on the ultra right wing of the religious divide to put an end to wars and and other forms of conflict.
