TCLS sees this very latest pronouncements as quite a reasonable set of demands to raach a peaceful settlement of the war between Ukraine and Russia, for as they say enough is enough of this devastating conflict between NATO-backed western powers and the old Soviet Union.
But there is one proviso. the International Community sees Russia as the aggressor. and war crimes and crimes against humanity were committed by his forces from all reports. Are sanctions enough punishment for the perpetrators. It is a matter for a Tribunal convened to consider the matter if the International Criminal Court cannot delve into it.
